We also have a Servo bed mill that is not being used to it's full potential because of a Chevalier vmc. I would ask what kind of controller is on the mill before I give an answer, but if it is a Anilam, I would have no problem recommending it. Kinda looking at this CNC/Manual lathe. Doesn't look too beat up from the pics, has a turret indexer, collet chuck system, steady rest, and the price is right. I've emailed and asked if it's under power and have not heard back.
